30 Knots Distillery is located at 166 Chapman Road, Beresford, Western Australia. Drawing on inspiration from the Geraldton region, the existing building was given a new lease of life in line with our philosophy of reuse, repurpose, recycle and reimagine. From jetty timbers, to scrap metal, bricks and pre-loved furniture, we’ve strived to be as sustainable as possible when creating the space.

The distillery is closed to the public outside of these times; why? Well, we’re a fully-functional distillery. So on these days (and all other times that the distillery bar is not open), we’re creating handcrafted spirits.
