Based in Geraldton, Western Australia, we are a small batch Rum and Gin distillery, handcrafted in the truest sense of the word. We brew and bottle our spirits ourselves — so we take the utmost pride in every single batch. No half measures from us. Ever.

30 Knots Distillery is located at 166 Chapman Road, Beresford, Western Australia. Drawing on inspiration from the Geraldton region, the existing building was given a new lease of life in line with our philosophy of reuse, repurpose, recycle and reimagine. From jetty timbers, to scrap metal, bricks and pre-loved furniture, we’ve strived to be as sustainable as possible when creating the space.
