Smooth yet fiery. Gentle yet wild. Handcrafted in our copper still, Zephyr is a perfectly balanced unaged spirit distilled from a molasses base. Fruity aromas are beautifully rounded out by subtle vanilla notes.

Pairs well with Capi Grapefruit or Cola, and in Rum inspired cocktails.
